Overview

Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.

Unit Overview

We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience strongly preferred. Our account executive will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $77,854.40 - $121,992.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
