Angels Care Home Health seeks an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions. You will build strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers to connect patients with home health services.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory.
• Present and promote home health services and payer source options.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into referral partnerships.
• Educate providers on coverage, regulations, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions.
