Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an Account Executive to drive new referrals and grow admissions in the Stone Oak territory of San Antonio. You will execute the sales and marketing plan, manage relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians and case managers, and advance Right Path programs to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or health related field preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace (Ex. hospitals, senior living, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers).
• Present disease-specific Right Path Programs through MPower sales process to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Prioritize accounts in accordance with market sales plan for territory routing to create growth.
• Execute pre-call sales planning analyzing data through Trella, competitor intel, referral source history trends, current state of referral source, and routing plan to achieve individual and branch admission goals.
• Utilize current CRM (Ex. RSL) for sales call documentation meeting monthly call threshold.
• Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clinical operations team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
• Organize and prepare territory reports assigned by RSM in a timely manner.
• Create new business opportunities through community outreach and participate in on-going assessment of community needs.
