Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Account Executive for the Stone Oak territory in San Antonio. The role focuses on executing the sales and marketing plan to meet admission goals, generating new referral sources, and growing current sources.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 plus commission. Responsibilities include developing referral relationships, presenting Right Path Programs via MPower, prioritizing accounts, and maintaining CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or health related field preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace (Ex. hospitals, senior living, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers).
• Present disease-specific Right Path Programs through MPower sales process to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Prioritize accounts in accordance with market sales plan for territory routing to create growth.
• Execute pre-call sales planning analyzing data through Trella, competitor intel, referral source history trends, current state of referral source, and routing plan to achieve individual and branch admission goals.
• Utilize current CRM (Ex. RSL) for sales call documentation meeting monthly call threshold.
• Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clinical operations team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
• Organize and prepare territory reports assigned by RSM in a timely manner.
• Create new business opportunities through community outreach and participate in on-going assessment of community needs.
