AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Account Executive in Port Saint Lucie, FL to execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and to grow referral source opportunities.

The role involves presenting disease-specific Right Path Programs, prioritizing accounts, and maintaining CRM documentation to meet admissions goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or health related field preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace (Ex. hospitals, senior living, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers).
• Present disease-specific Right Path Programs through MPower sales process to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Prioritize accounts in accordance with market sales plan for territory routing to create growth.
• Execute pre-call sales planning analyzing data through Trella, competitor intel, referral source history trends, current state of referral source, and routing plan to achieve individual and branch admission goals.
• Utilize current CRM (Ex. RSL) for sales call documentation meeting monthly call threshold.
• Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clinical operations team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
• Organize and prepare territory reports assigned by RSM in a timely manner.
• Create new business opportunities through community outreach and participate in on-going assessment of community needs.
