Jeri Mainer State Farm in Spokane Valley, WA seeks an Account Executive to grow the agency through new business and cross-selling within the existing book. You will handle inquiries, set appointments, and guide prospects through the sales process with a strong service mindset.

No prior insurance experience is required—we provide training. You’ll earn base pay plus commission, with benefits including health, dental, vision, SIMPLE IRA, PTO and holidays, while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow the agency through new business acquisition while cross-selling within the existing book of business.
• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups.
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately.
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals.
• Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews.
