Human Interest is a fast-growing fintech company focused on providing retirement plans for small and medium-sized businesses. The role involves managing full-cycle sales—from demos to close—and researching target companies to build a strong pipeline.

You will demonstrate our platform to prospects, negotiate contracts, and document activities in Salesforce while leveraging sales tech tools. The position requires at least 2 years in sales, a proven quota record, and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
• You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding your quota.
• You love closing deals and delivering a product with value.
• You are comfortable with high-velocity sales cycles and selling to small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close.
• Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
• Build and manage a pipeline.
• Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
• Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.
