Human Interest is hiring for a sales role focused on driving end-to-end deals with small and medium businesses across the United States. The successful candidate will own pipeline from prospecting through close, demonstrate the platform, and negotiate contracts.

You should have 2+ years in sales, a proven quota-earning track record, and comfort with Salesforce and modern sales tools. This role offers meaningful impact and a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
• Ability to close deals and convey value of the product.

Responsibilities

• Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close.
• Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
• Build and manage a pipeline.
• Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
• Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.
