The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team! You will have 5+ years of software sales experience specifically selling to Wealth Management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers, and Fintech companies. In this role, you will be a hands-on direct sales executive with a specified territory within the United States, interfacing with key VP and C-Suite decision-makers including CTOs and CIOs at wealth management and fintech organizations. You'll utilize a consultative and collaborative selling approach, demonstrating deep knowledge of wealth management operations, advisor workflows, and fintech integration challenges. You will focus on driving deep engagement at your accounts to understand their approach to Vendor Management, Risk Management, Compliance, and how technology solutions can enhance client service and portfolio management capabilities. Success requires experience navigating complex buying committees within the wealth management ecosystem and articulating ROI to both technical and business stakeholders. Your job is to find opportunities and sell the right product to the right customer at the right time.

You Will

  • Identify new opportunities and develop leads within the compliance and risk management areas of financial services companies.
  • Lead well-informed, consultative meetings with senior executives, demonstrating the business value of our products to generate revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow a pipeline of deals within your territory, contributing to organizational revenue.
  • Manage opportunities through all sales funnel stages from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding, leveraging key stakeholders to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) to ensure up-to-date forecasts.
  • Set initiatives with your Business Development Representative to target existing and new financial services companies.
  • Prepare sales proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting solutions during demonstrations.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with VP and C-level executives, articulating solution value and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Grow revenue within new and existing accounts by identifying opportunities and guiding them through the contracting process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrate core values such as results orientation, collaboration, and excellence, contributing to our reputation as a great place to work.

You Bring

  • At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective outbound prospecting.
  • Persuasive, active listening, and group presentation skills.
  • Experience selling into or servicing financial institutions or related sectors.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions and knowledge of GRC, third-party risk, or related fields.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Use of independent judgment and discretion based on experience.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM to track sales progress.
  • Ability to be hands-on and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives using a consultative approach.

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s Degree in SaaS, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with team-based solutions sales cycles involving sales managers, BDRs, and presales experts.

Compensation

Pay range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually plus commission potential, depending on experience and location.
