Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a strong track record in consultative selling.
• Demonstrable success selling Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) or related CRM platforms.
• Deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem - particularly within capital markets, banking, or fintech.
• Prior exposure to selling technology-driven consulting or professional services is essential.
• Ability to manage 6-12 month sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
• Skilled in pipeline management, solution scoping, and value-based selling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to win trust and credibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional Salesforce certifications or sales training a plus.
