Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, while also meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Remote Opportunity

This position is 100% fully remote, anywhere in the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively negotiating deals and closing sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Manage accounts efficiently, providing ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, building construction, environmental, or sustainability fields.
  • A passion for sales and ability to position services at the executive level within organizations.
  • Ability to build relationships through education and sell technical sustainability strategies.
  • Understanding of sustainability industry pricing models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and generate over $2 million+ in sales annually.
  • Experience using CRMs to manage contracts, leads, and deals.
  • Preference for sustainable operations and/or LEED building experience.
