Job description

IMA's National Property & Casualty Environmental growing team is seeking an Account Executive! This position is responsible for the marketing and servicing of new and renewal lines of business for pollution and contractors' policy placements, including complex transactional placement and multilayered pollution towers. This position is eligible for remote work!

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 - 10 years of similar or related experience required
• Experience with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) required
• Attain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 30-90 days of hire
• Limited travel required (less than 10%)
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide pollution exposure analyses for clients, including transaction-specific contract/due diligence reviews
2. Review and analyze policy forms, negotiate enhancements for carriers and products
3. Mentor and train department team members
4. Maintain relationships with environmental underwriters and servicing team members
5. Manage internal and client review meetings
6. Participate in RFPs and prospect presentations
7. Support and demonstrate IMA's core values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion
