Job Title: SMB Account Executive, Cyber Security & Data Privacy

Location: Remote - Denver, CO

Job Summary: As an Account Executive, you will increase product awareness and provide solutions for data privacy and risk management, converting leads into new customers and expanding subscriptions. You will promote Abine’s flagship product, DeleteMe, to prospective enterprise clients across various industries, guiding them through a sales process that results in substantial transactions and multi-year contracts. Candidates should have a customer-first approach, a proven sales record, and experience in the data privacy or cybersecurity domains.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and convert inbound sales pipeline.
  2. Generate qualified leads to meet monthly quotas.
  3. Use sales methodologies like SPIN to conduct discovery.
  4. Apply MEDDPICC for forecasting and opportunity qualification.
  5. Negotiate pricing, packaging, and terms.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for legal, security, and compliance requirements.
  7. Maintain disciplined activity cadence and conduct weekly pipeline reviews using Salesforce.
  8. Participate in Deal Desk and pre-call planning meetings.
  9. Ensure smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale.
  10. Engage existing customers for referrals and expansion.
  11. Participate in sales training and adopt new systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Reside in Denver, CO area.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security and Data Privacy.
  • Experience with security concepts, compliance standards, and regulations.
  • At least 3 years of selling to senior security executives like CISO or CIO.
  • Mastery of sales methodologies and deal qualification systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly competitive, adaptable, and coachable.
  • Comfortable in a fast-growth, early-stage environment.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
