Finch in New York City is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to own deals from first conversation to signed contract. You will build relationships with managing partners and firm owners, shaping the GTM motion with learnings from the field.

The role rewards a proven track record in closing multi-stage B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a legal tech or professional services environment. Expect an on-site NYC work setting with strong collaboration across product and marketing, and a competitive

Qualifications

• 4–7 years closing sales or BD with quota attainment.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple buyer types.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
• Convert a fast-growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and ops leads.
• Shape Finch's GTM motion by feeding deal learnings into messaging, process, and product.
• Represent Finch at legal tech events and conferences as the category grows.
