ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive – CRM to drive growth for our expanding ServiceNow CRM solutions portfolio. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities for CRM implementations on the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on organizations in field service-centric industries.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal—leveraging a consultative approach to uncover client needs and position Bolt Data as the CRM partner of choice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and brings a strong track record of selling complex SaaS solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and nurture relationships with ServiceNow AE’s to co sell together.
- Drive new business for Bolt Data’s CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Prospect and manage a pipeline of CRM opportunities, including lead generation, qualification, and deal execution.
- Understand client pain points and translate them into CRM solution requirements and value propositions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to develop and present tailored solutions and SOWs.
- Cultivate executive relationships across IT and business functions to build trust and accelerate decision-making.
- Stay current on ServiceNow CRM features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Continue to be a trusted advisor to the customer post sale.
- Support marketing campaigns and partner initiatives that drive CRM pipeline.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of selling CRM.
- Proven experience in consultative selling and strategic account development.
- Strong understanding of the CRM landscape, including sales, service, and customer engagement.
- Field service industry experience or selling into service organizations.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to draft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive) or Sharepoint/Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel in the U.S. at least once a month.
