Alfa AI is hiring an Account Executive to join our US team and own meetings generated by the SDR function, guiding opportunities from first conversation through to close.

The ideal candidate is a strong commercial operator who can run high-quality sales conversations, build urgency, handle objections, and convert qualified leads into paying customers. The base salary is $100,000–$120,000 with bonus, benefits and equity; OTE is around double the base.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding opportunities from first contact to close.
• Ability to run high-quality sales conversations and build urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Construction tech experience is essential.
