Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Position: Account Executive
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $70,000-$110,000 + Bonus/Commission. Total comp 150K-250K+

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the commercial flooring sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and developing new business opportunities within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial flooring market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the flooring industry.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in territory sales, preferably within the commercial flooring industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of success in generating new leads and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
