Job summary

Parks Coffee is seeking a motivated New Account Sales Representative for our Office Coffee Service division. You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships with clients and demonstrating coffee equipment and breakroom solutions.

Excellent communication and self-motivation are essential in this performance‑driven role. Base compensation ranges from $48,000 to $52,000 annually plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Prospect daily via cold calls, networking, and lead follow‑up.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Present coffee equipment and breakroom solutions to new accounts.
• Identify new selling opportunities and close new accounts.
• Manage full sales process from initial contact to close, including CRM logging.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and perform daily inspections and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain required operator and vehicle documentation at all times.
