• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients on projects and managing daily work from start to finish.
• Liaising with internal departments (administration, accounting, production, fulfillment, warehousing).
• Writing memos to clients, opening job orders, printing labels, occasional fulfillment, answering phones, assisting production.
• Assisting with administrative and office management tasks as needed.
