About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading deal flow for the Chainlink Build program. You will source and close high-value leads and funnel talent into the Build program, so an eye for identifying successful projects in web3 is essential. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of Build projects, from identification, acquisition, and onboarding through to the program.

Requirements
  • The ability to identify, assess, and close high-quality projects in the Web3 space.
  • Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships while navigating the Web3 start-up landscape.
  • Experience in procuring top protocols in a sales capacity in the blockchain space.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of deals from execution to completion.
Preferred Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience understanding the founders' journey.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker, able to maximize high-impact opportunities.
