About The Role

We are hiring an Account Executive to drive new business, build meaningful client relationships, and close service-based deals. This is a full-time, fully remote role for a motivated sales professional familiar with the tech services space, preferably from a services-oriented company, with an existing network of potential buyers or partners.

The ideal candidate is a consultative closer who excels at identifying client pain points and offering tailored software solutions that deliver results.

Responsibilities
  1. Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  2. Leverage your personal network and outreach strategies to bring in qualified leads.
  3. Present PureLogics' custom software services with clarity and confidence.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, delivery, marketing) to align on client needs.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
  6. Meet or exceed a $1M annual sales target.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales at a services-oriented tech company (e.g., software development, consulting, IT services).
  2. A strong personal network of decision-makers or influencers in tech/startups/enterprise.
  3. Proven ability to close 5- to 6-figure service contracts.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  5. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  6. Understanding of software development processes and tech project lifecycles is a plus.
