Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Minnesota, offering a base salary with uncapped commissions and a clear path for advancement. You will receive comprehensive training and a hybrid work setup balancing home office and field visits.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Year 1 on target earnings between $90,000-$110,000 with ability to grow income year over year through residual commissions!

Year 2 on target earnings between $106,000-$125,000!

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
