Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in a Hybrid role, combining home office work with in-field activity. You will sell digital marketing solutions and manage a growing book of small business clients.

You will prospect, present, and close opportunities across multiple digital channels, earning uncapped commissions alongside a base salary. Expect comprehensive training and clear career paths within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
