Account Executive

Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 / year

Our Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to lead the charge on new business growth in North America—driving net-new revenue and helping logistics companies streamline operations with smarter software solutions.

This is more than just closing deals. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from the first discovery call through to demo, pricing, and negotiation—delivering a personalised, consultative experience that’s grounded in the real-world needs of our customers. You’ll build pipelines in new markets, shape strategic account plans, and collaborate with our Operations and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that truly make a difference to the lives of our customers.

You won’t just be selling software—you’ll be designing solutions for the complex logistics and business problems in the supply chain industry. You will thrive on our customer’s ah-haa moments when they realise we enable them to reclaim one of their most precious resources… time.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Drive net-new revenue by owning the full sales cycle — from sourcing and discovery through to demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Deliver consultative, tailored sales experiences aligned to customer workflows and operational needs.
  • Lead pricing discussions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to present compelling solution packages.
  • Work closely with Operations and Product teams to shape solutions and provide ongoing customer and industry feedback.
  • Maintain a healthy, well-tracked pipeline in HubSpot and report on key sales metrics and revenue forecasts.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies, while continuously learning from wins, losses, and market shifts to refine your approach.

To be successful, we are looking for:
  • Experience selling logistics software or a background in logistics operations (e.g. 3PL warehouse management) .
  • Prior experience as an Account Executive with a strong track record in B2B sales, SaaS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WMS or TMS platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, particularly in new or emerging markets.
  • Skilled in value-based, solution-selling approaches.
  • Driven, adaptable, and excited to help build CartonCloud’s presence in North America as a key early hire.
