What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision-makers and end users to close new sales
- Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources, particularly in the financial advisor community, to secure referrals
- Prospect for new clients using various methods including phone calls, direct mail, and seminars
- Analyze clients' needs and interests to recommend appropriate products and refer to the right party when necessary
- Expedite the resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management

- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
