I am working with a high-growth, YC-backed SaaS startup that’s quietly transforming the accounting and bookkeeping world.

This company has built a powerful, all-in-one platform that helps bookkeeping and accounting professionals manage client work, catch errors, and deliver smart, strategic insights to small businesses - all from one place.

Since launching, they’ve raised over $12M from top-tier investors (including founders from well-known tech companies) and have built a strong base of thousands of customers across the U.S. Now, they’re scaling fast- and looking for talented Account Executives to help drive that growth.

What You’ll Do:

This is a full-cycle AE role where you’ll own the sales process from first touch to close. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Handling a healthy mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting (cold email, calling, LinkedIn)
  • Running high-conversion discovery and demo calls via Zoom
  • Managing free trials and guiding prospects through to close
  • Collaborating with Customer Success to support onboarding and expansion
  • Providing valuable feedback to the product team on customer needs and blockers

Compensation & Structure:

  • OTE Range:
  • Mid-Market: $140K–$150K (Base: $84K–$90K)
  • Uncapped commission — top reps are making ~$230K/year
  • Equity included
  • Average deal sizes range from $2,800–$9,000 with potential for $24K+ in land-and-expand deals
  • Monthly quotas: $40K–$50K in ARR
  • Reps are closing 3–8 deals per week

Who They’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years selling SaaS, ideally with 4-5 figure ACVs
  • Comfortable running full-cycle sales over Zoom
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Background in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required—curiosity and drive to learn it is essential
  • Fully remote role with occasional travel for team offsites and industry events
