ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - REMOTE
About the Role:
As an Account Executive at Curator24 (part of Supreme Group), you will play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with Account Directors and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day project management and act as a liaison between the client and the internal team, helping bring creative solutions to life.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, along with a passion for client service. Healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience is a strong advantage.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Own the day-to-day execution of all client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.
● Draft detailed project briefs, outlining client objectives and project scope, and share them with Account Supervisors/Account Directors.
● Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring all teams (copy, design, strategy, etc.) are aligned on deliverables and timelines.
● Help source and manage project resources, including vendors and freelancers, ensuring seamless project execution.
● Develop and manage project timelines, proactively tracking progress and flagging any risks to deadlines.
● Run projects through the creative process, ensuring all client feedback is incorporated before submitting deliverables to AS/AD for final review.
● Take responsibility for Veeva submissions, ensuring timely and accurate uploads
and approvals for all content.
● Manage vendor payment requests and client invoicing, ensuring smooth financial processes for all projects.
● Maintain and update client status sheets, ensuring all project details and deliverables
are tracked and communicated clearly.
● Send comprehensive client status call recaps, outlining key discussion points, next steps, and ongoing priorities.
● Assist in the development of marketing materials, proposals, and reports to support client campaigns.
● Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
● Support the Account Director and Account Supervisor in identifying opportunities
for account growth.
● Lead scope development for projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client
● Assist in managing financial trackers with oversight from the Account Director (AD), ensuring projects stay on budget.
● Review all deliverables before they are shared with clients, ensuring alignment with client feedback and internal standards.
● Provide Veeva support for Account Managers, helping ensure smooth integration and execution.
● Train and support junior team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
Qualifications
● 2+ years of account management experience in a marketing or agency setting (healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred).
● Experience managing project timelines and budgets.
● Excellent communication and client management skills.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Familiarity with digital marketing and content management platforms.
● Veeva experience is a plus.
● Experience working in Hive or another project management platform.
● Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
