GTM Account Executive – Data Security Startup (US, Remote)

Our client is a fast-moving cybersecurity startup on a mission to redefine data security for the modern enterprise. Backed by top-tier investors and led by proven founders, they’re building the go-to-market (GTM) team that will take their groundbreaking data security platform to market—and they’re looking for a high-impact Account Executive to join them on the journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial conversations to closing six-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Work closely with the founders, product, and marketing teams to shape GTM strategy and messaging
  • Educate prospects on complex data security and compliance challenges, and position the value of the platform in a compelling, consultative way
  • Build pipeline in a greenfield market with a mix of inbound and outbound activity
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where your input directly shapes the future of the company

What You Bring:

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing new business
  • Experience selling data security, cloud security, or adjacent cybersecurity solutions—ideally in early-stage or Series A/B companies
  • A “startup mindset”: scrappy, proactive, collaborative, and energized by building from the ground up
  • Strong consultative selling skills; you understand how to map complex problems to clear solutions
  • Ability to operate independently, manage your pipeline, and hit targets without layers of process
