Job summary

Lendyx is hiring ambitious, competitive sales professionals to build a long-term career in private lending. The Account Executive role is the first step toward becoming a Loan Originator, with hands-on training, mentorship from experienced producers, and real exposure to the private lending industry while developing the skills needed to originate and close business-purpose real estate loans.

This is a production-focused, on-site role designed for people who aren't afraid to pick up the phone,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience required (any industry).
• Confident outbound cold calling and engaging new prospects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Coachable, resilient, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound cold calling.
• Prospect and build relationships with real estate investors and business owners.
• Learn Lendyx loan products and understand how they solve client financing needs.
• Qualify borrowers and gather information to identify lending opportunities.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage an organized sales pipeline.
• Work alongside Loan Originators to learn the full loan process from application through funding.
• Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Loan Originator role.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.

Our Account Executive position is the first step toward becoming a Loan Originator. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced producers, and real exposure to the private lending industry while developing the skills needed to originate and close business-purpose real estate loans.

This is a production-focused, on-site role designed for people who aren't afraid to pick up the phone, create opportunities, and bet on themselves. If you're coachable, driven, and motivated by performance, we'll teach you the lending business.

This is an on-site position in our Miami office.
