Medavie is hiring an Account Executive to drive group benefits sales in the Toronto area. You will engage with advisors to tailor health and wellness solutions, manage the Ontario block, and lead efforts to meet annual targets.

Qualifications

  • Five years of sales experience in group benefits.
  • Proven sales track record in Ontario.
  • Active Life and Sickness & Accident Insurance License is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the organization's sales strategies with the team.
  • Own all sales activities for the Ontario market block.
  • Hit annual targets for new business, retention, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with service and underwriting teams on BD efforts.
  • Deliver sales presentations and seminars.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
  • Prepare action plans to identify opportunities and segment client contacts.
