Job summary

Gold Gate Capital is seeking an Account Executive to educate prospective clients on precious metals investments, build lasting relationships, and guide clients through the purchasing process in a fast-paced sales environment. You will develop a personal pipeline, conduct outbound and inbound calls, and strive to meet and exceed individual sales goals while staying informed on market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, business development, or phone sales.
• Experience in the precious metals industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in financial services, investments, insurance, mortgages, or other high-ticket sales environments is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients throughout the day.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive hourly base pay plus a generous uncapped commission structure with a recoverable commission draw. On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $150,000 annually, based on individual performance. Top performers are rewarded through uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives, providing significant earning potential.
