Role Overview:

As an OEM Account Executive at Lowen Corporation, your main goal will be to drive business growth within the manufacturing sector in northern Indiana. This role offers autonomy and requires a self-starter skilled in relationship building and business development. Your understanding of the manufacturing landscape will be essential in delivering tailored solutions to local manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Use your industry knowledge to identify and engage potential manufacturing clients.
  2. Sales Presentations & Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders at manufacturing firms, demonstrating how Lowen’s services enhance safety, compliance, and brand visibility, adding value to their products.
  3. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. New Business Development: Seek out and secure new clients to expand market share in the region.
  5. Collaboration & Support: Work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the northern Indiana manufacturing market and key industry players is essential.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development within manufacturing or related industries.
  • Existing contacts within diverse manufacturing sectors are highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate the value of bespoke branding and OEM solutions.
  • Comfortable with remote work and willing to travel frequently within the region.
