Position Overview: We seek an exceptional Account Executive to join our team in Lehi, UT, and Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on closing contract engineering deals and driving new business in the technology and small parcel supply chain sector. The candidate will work closely with our President to expand our client base and contribute to our growth.

What you will be doing:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the technology and small parcel 3PL sectors.
  2. Cultivate a network of industry contacts to generate leads and close high-value deals.
  3. Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities.
  4. Use the challenger sales model to provide insights, challenge client assumptions, and offer tailored solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Deliver persuasive, customized presentations demonstrating our logistics solutions' value.
  3. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring long-term customer success.

Industry Expertise:

  1. Leverage experience in the small parcel space to address client needs.
  2. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  3. Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to supply chain challenges.

What you should have:

  • Proven success in B2B sales within technology and small parcel logistics.
  • Extensive network in small parcel and eCommerce logistics sectors.
  • Ability to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Understanding of eCommerce logistics and challenges faced by tech-driven 3PL providers.
  • Experience with the challenger sales model.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
