Description
Full cycle outbound sales role selling multiple product lines and looking to close on the call. 10-12 appointments per day - Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about products - Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals - Recommend the right solutions based on need across the ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition - Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach - Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics Taking the sale from start to close with a full discovery call (on accounting and payroll software) with the goal of closing the deal at the end of the call. Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies) Set targets for the sales department Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates

Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE 3+ years full cycle sales - outbound sales experience and closing experience. B2B Sales Experience holding a quota carrying targets, overcome objections, push one call close and ask for the sale Need to know basic pipeline hygiene. Computer/tech competency - ability to navigate through salesforce and keep pipeline clean
