Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leading distributor and value-added service provider, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive growth across the Twin Cities region. This role focuses on a diverse product portfolio, including:

  • Cleanroom & Laboratory Supplies: Apparel, gloves, sticky mats, wipes, chemicals, disinfectants, decontamination products, furniture, and microscopes.
  • OEM & Electronic Assembly Products: Adhesives, coatings, ESD products, hand tools, solder materials, microscopes, and workbenches.
  • Industrial & Material Handling Solutions: Storage bins, shelving units, carts, trucks, dollies, and custom thermoforming services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within these sectors and a passion for providing tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key accounts in medical, biotech, cleanroom, electronics, and industrial sectors.
  • Execute a hunter-focused sales strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, offering consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Leverage existing relationships to drive immediate growth and establish new connections.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, market insights, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries.
  • Demonstrated success in building new territories or growing sales from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of cleanroom and medical sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman is a plus.
  • Competitive base salary plus commission.
