What Makes This Role Different

Most commercial insurance roles require broad knowledge across unrelated industries. Here, you will go deep. Because we specialize in residential homebuilding, you’ll develop true expertise in one of the most complex sectors in commercial P&C, mastering builder risk structures, subcontractor risk transfer, structural warranty alignment, and evolving construction exposures.

This depth builds long-term market value. Construction specialization is highly transferable across carriers, brokers, MGAs, and advisory firms.

Combined with our structured Training Resource, you won’t just manage accounts, you’ll develop recognized mastery in a defined niche and help elevate best practices within it.
