Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial P&C account management/AE experience (construction preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GL, Builders Risk, Property, Auto, Umbrella, IM, and WC.
• Proficiency with ACORD forms and AMS.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for homebuilder and trade contractor accounts.
• Lead renewals, coverage reviews, and policy strategy meetings.
• Support new business opportunities, proposals, and loss run analysis.
• Drive retention and revenue growth through cross-sell/up-sell initiatives.
• Coordinate COIs, endorsements, and lender requirements.
• Review contracts for coverage gaps; provide risk recommendations.
• Manage warranty program setup, registrations, and coordination.
