Job summary

Bankers Financial Corporation seeks a CSR II to support Account Executives in residential construction insurance and structural warranty programs in Saint Petersburg, FL.

You will handle client and carrier inquiries, process endorsements, prepare COIs, and maintain AMS records while delivering service under defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial insurance agency or carrier experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial P&C lines and ACORD forms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The CSR supports Account Executives by executing service tasks, documentation, and client communications serving a builder-focused environment.**Key Responsibilities**· Respond to client and carrier inquiries within defined SLAs; process routine service requests under Account Executive (AE) direction.· Process policy endorsements, cancellations, audits, and changes; maintain accurate Agency Management System records; assist with policy delivery.· Prepare and issue COIs, additional insured endorsements, and lender documentation; monitor open requests to ensure timely completion.· Assist with structural warranty registrations, program tracking, and routine builder communications.· Follow agency procedures and playbook; support AEs with renewals, ACORD forms, and workload prioritization.**Qualifications**· 1–3 years of commercial insurance agency or carrier experience; construction or P&C preferred.· Working knowledge of commercial P&C lines; familiarity with ACORD forms and AMS platforms.· Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks; construction or warranty experience a plus.**Why This Role**Unlike generalist CSR roles that support a wide range of unrelated industries, this role offers deep specialization in residential construction insurance and structural warranty programs, and expertise that builds long-term market value.
