Job summary

Bankers Financial Corporation in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an Account Executive/Account Manager focused on builder risk P&C insurance and structural warranty for residential homebuilders.

As the primary relationship manager, you will lead renewals, coverage reviews, and policy strategy meetings, support new business opportunities, and coordinate COIs and endorsements while maintaining AMS documentation and aiming for 95% client retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial P&C AE/account management experience (construction preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GL, Builders Risk, Property, Auto, Umbrella, IM and WC.
• Proficiency with ACORD forms and AMS (Momentum NowCerts preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for homebuilder accounts.
• Lead renewals, coverage reviews, and policy strategy meetings.
• Support new business opportunities, proposals, and loss run analysis.
• Achieve retention targets and drive revenue growth through cross-sell.
• Coordinate COIs, endorsements, and lender requirements.
• Maintain AMS documentation and ensure service level adherence.
