We want people who are passionate about helping fast-growing AI companies succeed by matching them with the cloud infrastructure they need to build and scale. We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team and fuel growth by landing new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. In this role, you’ll identify and close new business opportunities while nurturing and growing key accounts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and exceed revenue goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prospect and close new and existing business across target markets
  • Act as the primary contact for business and high-value customer accounts
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain regular contact with accounts, including follow-ups, feature updates, and meetings
  • Negotiate and renew contracts, communicate new features and upsell opportunities
  • Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver an excellent experience
What We’ll Expect From You:
  • 3+ years experience as an account executive, manager, or customer success manager for a technical product, or as a sales/support engineer
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Organized, timely, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience contributing to onboarding and customer success pipelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive follow-up, and account management
  • Relationship management skills and ability to gather and communicate customer feedback
  • Self-starter who works well independently
