Upright Labs, a Cordance company, is the trusted advisor offering leading multichannel inventory management software for the secondhand retail market. Our flagship product, Upright Lister, streamlines product tracking, inventory management, real-time shipping, and reporting to reduce touchpoints and save time. Through Upright Services, we support the growth of e-commerce departments, promote sustainable supply chain practices, and enable long-term client retention and environmental protection.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support our growth. In this fully remote role (US-based candidates only), you will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—building trusted relationships with prospects.

What You'll Do:
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure and transition to customer success.
  • Prospecting: Develop and engage new leads through outreach, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos that articulate value.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, track performance, and forecast revenue in CRM (preferably HubSpot).
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support the customer journey.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and demo skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years in commerce, retail, or recommerce.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to improve sales strategies.
