What You'll Do :

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle : Manage both inbound and outbound leads from discovery to close.
  • Create and Close Opportunities : Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft to generate outbound pipeline while converting qualified inbound leads.
  • Tailor Every Pitch : Understand each customer's unique needs and position TeamSupport's value in a way that resonates.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with BDRs and marketing to build a stronger pipeline and improve handoffs.
  • Track and Forecast : Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecast with precision.

Requirements

What Sets You Up for Success

  • Proven SaaS Sales Success : 2 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment.
  • Inbound & Outbound Hustle : Comfortable generating your own opportunities and working with qualified inbound and outbound leads.
  • Tech-Savvy Seller : Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft.
  • Strong Communicator : Excellent at presenting, writing, and handling objections with confidence.
  • Self-Starter : You're goal-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a remote-first environment.
