They are now hiring their first Account Executive to help bring this offering to market. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a new GTM motion with a highly differentiated AI solution—and sell into a massive, underserved market with measurable ROI.
About the Role
As the founding Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across SMB, Mid-Market, and select Large recruiting and IT staffing firms . You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape the early sales process, GTM strategy, and customer feedback loop.
This is a hunter role with a quota of $500K in first-year new business revenue (10–15 deals expected), with high upside and a generous commission plan for multi-year contracts.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle : from prospecting to discovery, demo, proposal, and close
Target decision-makers at recruiting agencies, staffing firms, and internal TA / IT leaders
Educate prospects on the business value of Agentic AI-powered recruiting automation
Partner closely with the CEO and product team to refine ICP, positioning, and GTM playbook
Contribute to pipeline strategy, outbound campaign feedback, and early-stage CRM hygiene
Help shape early customer success handoffs and renewals, ensuring long-term growth
Requirements
5–8+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience (preferably HRTech, SaaS, or consulting services)
Proven success closing new business in an early-stage or unstructured environment
Skilled at consultative selling to both technical and business buyers (e.g., agency owners, VPs, CTOs)
Able to speak credibly about recruiting workflows, IT staffing pain points, and AI trends
Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited by the challenge of going zero-to-one
