Job Description

Title: Account Executive

Reports to: Account Director

Client: US Army

THE ROLE

In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our IAT team on the US Army account. You’ll manage workflows, champion cross-functional collaboration, keep everyone aligned, and ensure our best work gets delivered on time. You'll work closely with Website and Reporting partner agencies to bring projects and campaigns to life while developing the strategic thinking skills that define agency leadership.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Coordination
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to connect a multi-faceted, data-driven marketing ecosystem, specializing in website execution and data reporting
  • Liaison with key partners to manage workflows to meet internal and client deadlines
  • Balance agency perspective with client advocacy, challenging the status quo when it strengthens the work
  • You don’t need to be the expert in the field, but you need to know who the experts are, and how to communicate with them and work jointly to meet internal and client needs
Day-to-Day Execution
  • Manage team operations: plan meetings, maintain communication channels, track status and projects, and keep everyone moving forward
  • Secure the right people for key meetings and reviews, and adapt quickly when priorities shift
  • Be the key communications liaison and intersection point between teams, relaying timelines and project summaries to keep people informed and connected
Leadership & Communication
  • Build trusting relationships based on credibility and respect with teammates, clients, and agency partners
  • Capture and communicate clearly—from meeting notes to weekly recaps that celebrate wins and preview what's next
  • Identify roadblocks early and determine ideas on how to solve them
  • Be an active listener; connect key topics from across the program, anticipate needs and take initiative to meet them
Problem Solving & Resilience
  • Thrive under pressure by staying calm, organized, and solution-focused
  • Be open to new ideas, and suggest your own
  • Bring team members together and keep morale high during intense projects
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising or related fields
  • Superior organizational ability and attention to detail—you catch what others miss
  • Excellent communication skills: strong writing, presentation, and facilitation abilities
  • Collaborative mindset: you work cross-functionally, embrace different perspectives, and never work in silos
  • Resourcefulness & problem-solving: you find creative solutions and help others do the same
  • Emotional intelligence: you navigate different personalities, stay calm under pressure, and bring people together
  • Curiosity & initiative: you ask good questions, seek to understand, and anticipate the next step
  • Comfort with website & analytics: you're curious about measurement and focused on producing measurable results
