Strategic Account Executive - West Coast USA

As a member of the Synadia Sales Team, the Strategic Account Executive is responsible for selling Synadia solutions into strategic accounts and managing all aspects of the sales cycle. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, have a track record of success, and possess strong prospecting, account management, and negotiation skills.

Objectives

  • Drive all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to post-close for strategic accounts
  • Partner with Customer Success and Engineering teams to identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Generate and manage a qualified pipeline
  • Develop a deep understanding of Synadia’s products and use that knowledge to prospect
  • Promote Synadia’s value proposition in a highly competitive market

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Prior experience selling middleware, messaging, or OSS solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work well with C-level, architecture, business, and development teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of messaging systems is a plus

SALARY RANGE:

  • The projected salary and on-target commissions for this position are estimated to be in the range of $230,000 -$250,000. Actual commissions are uncapped. The specific offer will be based on your qualifications and will include an equity component.
