Account Executive – FinTech

Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing FinTech company, transforming the way financial institutions and enterprises manage payments, liquidity, and compliance. Backed by top investors and a suite of cutting-edge SaaS products, they empower their clients with intelligent, scalable solutions that streamline operations and unlock growth.

They're now looking for a driven Account Executive to join their expanding U.S. sales team.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business across mid-market to enterprise-level accounts. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for FinTech, solution-based selling, and delivering real impact to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle (discovery to close)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Develop deep product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
  • Represent the company at events, demos, and virtual/in-person client meetings

About You

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in FinTech or financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota ($1M+ ACV experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a hybrid working environment (1-2 days/week in Boston office)
  • CRM experience
  • Double OTE: $100–120k base + $100–120k achievable commission
  • Remote work model – modern Boston office for flexible working
