On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Year 1: $100,000-$250,000+
Year 2: $250,000+

About the position
Are you persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and highly competitive? Are you looking for an exciting role with an excellent compensation structure? StemWave is seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Executive (Closer) to convert warm leads into sales, helping medical providers expand their clinics with our revolutionary technology. What You’ll Do:
Handle warm inbound leads and consult with doctors to close deals ranging from $60,000 to $70,000.
Close sales typically within a few calls over an average cycle of 21 days.
Follow up and nurture leads that don’t close immediately.
Reschedule prospects who miss appointments.
Collaborate with the sales setter who books 12-18 appointments weekly; no cold calling required.
Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training.
Contribute positively to a fast-growing team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience in B2B, B2C, or high-ticket closing (2+ years preferred).
Competitive, driven, confident, and coachable personality.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills to relate to healthcare clients.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining motivation.
Team-oriented with proactive communication.
