Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking fully remote Outbound Sales Consultants to engage with small business owners and close sales on various products. The role demands a successful sales background and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. *Currently hiring 100% Remote Outbound Sales Consultants to work with a large business software company!*
*Description*
Full cycle outbound sales role selling multiple product lines and looking to close on the call. 10-12 appointments per day
- Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about products
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
- Recommend the right solutions based on need across the ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
- Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
- Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics
Taking the sale from start to close with a full discovery call (on accounting and payroll software) with the goal of closing the deal at the end of the call.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
MUST HAVE 3+ years full cycle sales - outbound sales experience and closing experience.
B2B Sales
Experience holding a quota carrying targets, overcome objections, push one call close and ask for the sale
Need to know basic pipeline hygiene.
Computer/tech competency - ability to navigate through salesforce and keep pipeline clean
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $24.85 - $24.85/hr.
