Location: Hybrid 3-day onsite in Atlanta, GA

Job Overview: We are seeking driven and results-oriented Account Executives to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves both inbound and outbound sales activities, focusing on selling through accounting firms and Small Business Groups (SBG). You will play a key part in helping our clients set up accounts and providing them with solutions that meet their needs. A strong focus on qualifying leads and driving business growth is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales efforts, proactively reaching out to new clients and building relationships with accounting firms and SBGs.
  • Manage inbound inquiries, assisting accounting firms in setting up accounts and guiding them through the process.
  • Qualify leads effectively, ensuring that they are aligned with business goals before moving forward in the sales process.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely communication.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing insights and contributing to the sales strategy.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress in a CRM system.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong outbound and inbound sales experience, preferably within the accounting or financial services sector.
  • Ability to work within set shifts (9 am EST - 5 pm EST) and adapt to dynamic scheduling as needed.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to qualify prospects efficiently and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Flexible shifts within the hours of 9 am EST - 5 pm EST, with potential adjustments between inbound and outbound tasks as needed.
  • Compensation includes consistent monthly and weekly bonuses based on campaign performance.

Compensation:

$22.02 hr + Performance Bonus (MAX $1,300monthly)
