Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee fund operations for Evergreen and Closed-end funds.
• Monitor onboarding of new investor accounts across open-ended and close-ended products.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams across global regions to manage investor expectations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to reconcile data and resolve inquiries.
• Support onboarding and ongoing servicing for intermediaries, custodians, distributors, platforms, and interfaces.
• Investigate and resolve operational inefficiencies across fund lifecycle processes.
• Develop understanding of regulatory requirements and restrictions across jurisdictions and Luxembourg-domiciled funds.
• Coordinate internal and external fund documentation for accurate, compliant investor processes.
• Assist with internal projects, process improvements, and operational liaison responsibilities.

Requirements
